2016. Cryptodance is a performative event to collectively embody issues of security, privacy, safety and surveillance and to familiarize with different modes of encryption (ciphering and deciphering messages) by careful somatic tactics, dance scores and electronic devices. Initiated by Goldjian and bolwerK, the work premiered at the THF! Festival (TransHackFeminist) at Studio XX. The project was a collaboration with bolwerK, Marthe Van Dessel, Goldjian, Karine Rathle, Ellen Foster with contribution from Nikos Chandolias, Stéphanie Castonguay, Christina Dunbar.
